【摘要】 随着"走出去"战略体系持续完善,中国企业融入经济全球化进程加快,对外直接投资呈现快速增长态势。微观企业实证分析表明:中国OFDI对母国制度有显著依赖性,制度环境改善显著促进当地企业OFDI,但抑制研发型企业OFDI,与之相反,政府干预过多对中国企业OFDI有负向影响,但政府干预程度越高的企业研发投入越多,越有可能实施OFDI。同时,母国制度对OFDI影响方向与程度根据企业性质呈现显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the Chinese government actively promotes the"the Belt and Road"initiative,the"going global"strategic system has been continuously improved,and outward direct investment has seen a rapid growth.The empirical results from the micro-enterprise level show that:Chinese OFDI relies heavily on Chinese system,and improvement of institutional environment remarkably promotes OFDI,but inhibits R&D enterprises’ OFDI.On the contrary,government intervention inhibits OFDI,but the more inhibition,the more investment in R&D and the more likely the enterprises’ OFDI.The degree of influence of the home country system on OFDI varies significantly according to the nature of the enterprise.So this paper has useful implications for the government to make OFDI policy and for enterprises to use the advantages of Chinese system to respond to the going-out strategy.更多还原
