基于多目标遗传算法的露天矿卡车调度优化研究
Research of Open-pit Mine Truck Dispatching Optimization Based on Multi-objective Genetic Algorithm
【摘要】 为合理调配露天矿卡车运输,实现矿山企业降本增效,解决卡车运输调度管理的多目标需求,以卡车运输成本最低和等待时间最少为目标,以车铲生产能力、矿石品位以及生产原则为约束,构建了多目标卡车调度模型。模型采用优选因子分配车辆,使用多目标遗传算法进行求解,进而优化露天矿卡车的动态调配。针对某露天矿卡车调度进行多目标优化,研究结果表明:此方法可提供合理的优化调度方案,得到具体的卡车运输路线和运行时刻表,大大降低卡车运输成本,提高设备使用效率,从而为矿山的卡车调度提供具体合理的决策依据。
【Abstract】 In order to rationally allocate truck transportation in open-pit mines,realize cost reduction and efficiency increase for mining enterprises,and meet the multi-objective demand of truck transportation dispatching management,a multiobjective truck dispatching model is constructed with the aims at minimizing truck transportation cost and waiting time,with truck shovel production capacity,grade constraints and production principles as constraints. This model adopts the optimal factor to dispatch the vehicles,and the multi-objective genetic algorithm to make solution,so as to optimize the dynamic allocation of trucks in open-pit mines. The multi-objective optimization practice of truck dispatching in an open pit mine shows that this method can provide a reasonable optimal dispatching scheme to obtain a specific truck transportation route and operation schedule. It can greatly reduce the cost of truck transportation and improve the efficiency of equipment,thus providing a specific reasonable decision-making basis for truck dispatching in mines.
