变量机油泵发动机匹配试验台控制仿真

【摘要】 变量机油泵通过泵出与发动机润滑油量相匹配的机油来降低汽车能耗,所以需要合适的试验设备来验证其匹配性,而且试验台的流量与压力控制存在较强的耦合性,会对彼此调节产生影响,容易产生压力超调和波动。为解决上述问题,设计了能模拟发动机主油道压力流量特性的试验台,提出一种前馈-反馈复合控制策略用于试验台控制,建立了变量泵和试验台主液压回路的MATLAB/Simulink仿真模型。进行了NEDC工况下的仿真,结果表明前馈-反馈复合控制能减少压力超调和波动,试验台能够模拟发动机主油道的压力流量特性,可以用于变量机油泵的发动机匹配试验。

【Abstract】 The variable oil pump reduces engine energy consumption by pumping out engine oil that matches the amount of engine oil. Therefore, appropriate test equipment is required to verify this matching performance, and there is a strong coupling between flow and pressure control of the test bed. It affects each other’s regulation and is prone to pressure overshoots and fluctuations. In order to solve the above problems, a test stand capable of simulating the pressure flow characteristics of the main oil passage of the engine was designed, and a feedforward-feedback compound control strategy was proposed for test bench control. The simulation model of main hydraulic circuit of the variable pump and the test stand was established based on MATLAB/Simulink. Simulations and experiments were carried out under NEDC conditions. The results show that the feed forward-feedback compound control can reduce pressure overshoot and fluctuations. This test stand can simulate the pressure flow characteristics of the engine’s main oil gallery and can be used for engine matching tests of variable oil pumps.
