【摘要】 目的探讨8S管理模式在心内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法将8S管理模式应用在心内科病房,应用前后比较优质护理服务质量得分和住院患者满意度得分。结果应用后8S管理后心内科病房的护理服务质量水平得分(91. 66±4. 72),高于应用前得分(79. 31±5. 74)(t=13. 89,P <0. 05);应用后患者对护理工作的满意水平(0. 91±0. 32)显著高于应用前(0. 75±0. 41)(t=3. 79,P <0. 05)。结论心内科病房实施8S管理模式可以提高病房优质护理服务质量和患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect 8 s management method in clinical nursing management.Methods 8 s management method was implemented in cardiology department. The score of nursing service quality and satisfaction of patients were compared and analyzed before and after the 8 s management implemented. Results The score of nursing service quality after the 8 s management implemention(91. 66 ±4. 72) was higher than before the usage of the method(79. 31 ± 5. 74),and the score of satisfaction of patients after the 8 s management implemention(0. 75 ± 0. 41) was higher than before the usage of the method(0. 91 ± 0. 32). Conclusion The application of 8 s management in method clinical nursing management can improve the nursing service quality and nursing satisfaction of patients.更多还原
