【摘要】 以桐乡市为研究对象,根据2007—2016年的土地利用现状和经济发展状况,采用相关分析法进行土地利用变化与经济发展之间的关系研究,以了解二者之间的关系,以期为土地利用与经济发展之间均衡协调发展提供参考。结果表明,在研究期间,第一,农用地面积持续减少,耕地和未利用地面积基本保持稳定,建设用地面积持续增加;第二,GDP持续增加,但增长率明显下降,一二产业增加值所占比重持续降低,第三产业增加值所占比重持续升高且呈加快的趋势,产业结构更趋合理。同时,城镇居民和农村居民人均可支配收入明显增加,且差距逐步缩小;第三,社会经济发展指标之间均呈较密切的相关性,但农业总产值、第一产业增加值与其他指标之间的相关性较低,城镇居民和农村居民人均可支配收入与GDP、固定资产投资、第二产业及第三产业增加值之间均呈较密切的关系;第四,社会经济发展指标与土地利用结构之间的关系受桐乡市的区位条件、土地资源特点及土地利用和管理政策、产业的升级转型等的影响。社会经济发展指标与建设用地、居民点及独立工矿用地、交通水利用地之间呈密切的正相关,而与农用地、园林地和未利用地之间呈密切的负相关,但与其他农用地之间的相关性较低,与耕地面积之间的相关性不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Tongxiang city as the research area,according to the situation of land use and economic development from 2007 to 2016,the relationship between land use change and economic development was analyzed,and it was beneficial for the balanced and coordinated development between land use and economic development in future.The results were:(1)the area of agricultural land continued to decrease,the area of cultivated land and unused land remained stable,and the area of construction land increased continuously.(2)GDP continued to increase,its growth rate decreased significantly,the proportions of added-value of primary and secondary industry decreased steadily,the proportion of added-value of third industry continued to rise and was speeding up,the industrial structure tended to be more reasonable,per capita disposable income of urban residents and rural residents increased significantly,and the difference between them was gradually narrowed.(3)There were close correlativity among social economic indicators,however the gross agricultural output value and the added-value of primary industry had low correlation with other indicators,per capita disposable income of urban residents and rural residents had relatively close relationship with GDP,fixed assets investment,the added-values of second industry and three industry.(4)The relationship between social economic indicators and land use structure was affected by the location,characteristics of land resource,land use and management policies,industrial upgrading and transformation in Tongxiang.The development of social economic indicators had close positive correlation with construction land,residential and industrial(mining)land,transportation water conservancy land,and they had close negative correlation with agricultural land,garden forest land and unused land,and they had low correlation with other agricultural land,and did not have significant correlation with cultivated land.更多还原
