基于灰铸铁钻削过程的机床能耗分析

【摘要】 以机床钻削加工工艺为研究对象,对钻削加工时机床的各种运行状态功率、切削比能耗及机床有效加工能效进行了分析。研究表明:空载运行功率占据了机床总切削功率的绝大部分,且空载运行功率及切削加工功率与工艺参数有关,但空载运行功率的变化趋势很小;切削比能耗随刀具直径、进给量及切削速度的增加而减小;机床有效加工能效随刀具直径、进给量及切削速度的增加而变大。在实际生产钻削加工铸铁时,在保证加工质量的前提下,选择较大的进给量和切削速度更有利于节能降耗,同时也能提高机床有效加工能效。

【Abstract】 The drilling technique of machine tool was taken as research object.The various running state power, specific energy consumption and effective processing energy efficiency of machine tool were analyzed at the time of the drilling process. The results show that loadless power of machine tool occupies the vast majority of the total machine tool cutting power, and loadless power and cutting power are associated with the process parameters, but the change trend of loadless power is tiny. Specific energy consumption will be reduced with the increasing of tool diameter, feed and cutting speed. Effective processing energy efficiency of machine tool will become larger with the increasing of tool diameter, feed and cutting speed. In the actual production of cast iron drilling, on the premise of ensuring the quality of processing,choosing the larger feed and cutting speed is more conducive to save energy and reduce consumption, while also improving the energy efficiency of machine tool.
