1.5 MW风机齿轮箱高速轴轴承自动更换装置设计与研究
Design of Automatic Replacement Device for High-speed Shaft Bearing of 1.5 MW Fan
【摘要】 风力发电机组空中更换高速轴轴承自动化水平低,对轴承自动更换装置研究相对较少。设计一种空中自动更换轴承的装置,这种电动液压轴承自动更换装置通过液压系统的控制,满足轴承拆装过程的工艺要求,实现高速轴轴承自动拆装,能够满足机舱空间结构需求,提高拆装轴承的工作效率,使机舱的工作人员从5人减少为1~2人,提高安全性能和经济效益,降低操作人员的劳动强度。此装置具有系统功率质量比大、系统刚度大、结构稳定性好、安装使用方便等特点。
【Abstract】 The automation level of replacing high-speed shaft bearing of the wind turbine generator system in the air is low,the study on automatic replacement of bearing device is relatively few. A device was designed by which shaft bearing replacement could be realized automatically in the air. Through controlling the hydraulic system of the elector-hydraulic automatic replacement device,not only the technological requirements in the process of bearing dismantling and assembling could be met,but also automatically dismantling and assembling high-speed shaft bearing could be realized. Moreover,the needs of cabin spatial structure could be met and the working efficiency of dismantling and assembling shaft bearing was improved. Due to the characteristics mentioned above,on one hand,the number of cabin staff may be decreased from five to one to two,which can lower the labor intensity of the operator; on the other hand,the safety performance can also be improved. The device has many features,such as large system power-to-weight ratio,large system stiffness,good structure stability and easy installation and so on.
