【摘要】 目的观察普外科围手术期应用规范化管理治疗的效果。方法方便选取136例该院普外科于2017年2月—2018年2月所收治的需行手术治疗的患者随机分为对照组和研究组,于围手术期给予对照组患者常规护理,研究组于对照组基础上加施规范化管理治疗模式,观察并比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者首次排气时间及住院时间分别为(1.4±0.1)d、(7.2±1.1)d,较对照组的(3.3±0.2)d、(10.7±1.6)d均明显更低(t=17.036,15.263,P<0.05);研究组并发症的发生率为7.35%,较对对照组的20.59%明显更低(χ~2=7.332;<0.05);研究组患者护理满意率为95.59%,较对照组的73.53%明显更高(χ~2=4.615;P<0.05)。结论针对普外科患者于围手术期给予规范化管理治疗,有利缩短患者术后首次排气时间与住院时间,并且有利于并发症的有效控制及满意度的提升,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of standardized management treatment in perioperative period of general surgery. Methods A total of 136 patients who underwent surgery from February 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were convenient selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group. The patients in the control group were given routine care during the perioperative period. On the basis of the control group, a standardized management treatment model was added to observe and compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients. Results The first exhaust time and hospitalization time of the study group were(1.4±0.1)d and(7.2±1.1)d, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group(3.3±0.2)d and(10.7±1.6)d(t=17.036, 15.263, P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the study group was 7.35%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.59%)(χ2=7.332; P<0.05). The patient satisfaction rate was 95.59% was significantly higher than 73.53% of the control group(χ2=4.615; P<0.05). Conclusion The standardized management treatment for perioperative patients in general surgery is beneficial to shorten the first exhaust time and hospitalization time, and it is beneficial to the effective control of complications and the improvement of satisfaction.
