中国北方成年居民膳食氨基酸摄入与肥胖关系的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨中国北方成年人膳食氨基酸摄入量与肥胖之间的关系,并进一步检验氨基酸是否能预测北方健康年轻人群的肥胖状况。方法本研究共纳入随机招募的来自中国北方18~40岁的共3 939名参与者,相关数据由互联网在线膳食调查问卷(internet-based food frequency questionnaire,IDQC)获得,根据氨基酸种类的不同组合,采用随机森林(random forest,RF)算法分析膳食摄入氨基酸和肥胖相关指标(身高、体重、腰围等)的关系。结果纳入人群的超重/肥胖患病率为30.45%,腹部肥胖的患病率为23.49%,总人群的体质指数(body mass index,BMI)为(29.88±13.02)kg/m~2,男性为(23.44±3.64)kg/m~2,女性为(22.00±3.32)kg/m~2。男性的最佳的分类结果随机森林模型总体准确率为61.11%,女性为78%。并且氨基酸组合作为输入特征时能够达到该分类器的最佳性能。结论支链氨基酸和芳香族氨基酸可能是调节肥胖和慢性疾病的重要因素。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between dietary amino acid intake and obesity in adults in northern China, and to further test whether amino acids can predict obesity in healthy young northern populations. Methods A total of 3 939 participants from 18~40 years old in northern China were randomly enrolled. The data were obtained from the internet-based food frequency questionnaire(IDQC). Randomized according to different combinations of amino acid types. The random forest(RF) algorithm analyzed the relationship between dietary intake of amino acids and obesity-related indicators(height, weight, waist circumference, etc.). Results The prevalence of overweight/obesity in the population was 30.45%, the prevalence of abdominal obesity was 23.49%, the body mass index(BMI) of the general population was(29.88±13.02) kg/m~2, and the male was(23.44 ±3.64) kg/m~2, and the female was(22.00±3.32) kg/m~2. The best classification results for males were 61.11% for the random forest model and 78% for women. And the combination of all amino acid species gave the best performance of the classifier. Conclusion Branched-chain amino acids and aromatic amino acids may be important factors in regulating obesity and chronic diseases.
