糖网汤对早期糖尿病视网膜病变保护作用的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨糖网汤对糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)患者眼底血流动力学的影响。方法选择本院收治的100例2型糖尿病并发DR患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分成对照组和研究组,每组50例(100眼)。对照组给予羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,研究组给予羟苯磺酸钙胶囊及糖网汤治疗,两组均治疗3个月。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患眼的最佳矫正视力优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患眼的眼底视网膜中央动脉的收缩期峰值流速(peak systolic velocity,PSV)、舒张末期流速(end of diastolic velocity,EDV)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患眼的视网膜中央动脉的PSV、EDV高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖网汤能改善DR患者的眼底血流动力学状况,提高患者的视力,治疗DR临床疗效显著

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Tangwang Decoction on fundus hemodynamics in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR). Methods One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with DR in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into control group and study group, 50 cases(100 eyes) in each group. The control group was treated with calcium oxybenzosulfonate capsules, while the study group was treated with calcium oxybenzosulfonate capsules and Tangwang Decoction. Both groups were treated for 3 months. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the best corrected visual acuity of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in PSV and EDV of the central retinal artery between the two groups(P>0.05) before treatment; whereas both the values of PSV and EDV of the central retinal artery in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05) after treatment. Conclusion Tangwang Decoction can improve the fundus hemodynamics and the visual acuity of patients with DR, and it has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of DR.
