高职院校法学课程教学模式改革探析

【摘要】 高职院校法学课程教学模式改革势在必行。重视对学生理论知识的传授、忽视对学生应用能力的培养是我国传统法学教学的突出特点,这种传统的法学课程教学模式已经不能适应现代教学的需要,严重制约和束缚了学生的法律思维,阻碍了学生运用法律知识解决纠纷能力的提升。因此高职院校法学课程教学模式改革既具有必要性,更具有紧迫性。实践证明,高职院校法学课程完全沿用高校法学或非法学专业的教学模式显然是行不通的。文章以高职院校法学课程教学模式的特殊性为切入点,着力分析高职院校法学课程教学模式改革的目标,从完善课程结构、改革教学方法、对接技能鉴定等方面揭示高职院校法学课程教学模式改革的基本规律。

【Abstract】 The teaching mode reform of la w curriculum in higher vocational colleges is urgent. The conventional law curriculum teaching stressed the impartation of theoretical knowledge and neglect the training of applied capabilities. Such a practice fails to meet the demand of modern teaching, hampers the development of students’ legal thinking and obstructs the promotion of students’ competence of solving disputes by using legal knowledge. Therefore, the teaching mode reform is necessary and urgent. The reality shows it is unworkable for higher vocational colleges to follow the teaching practice adopted in four-year universities. This paper starts from the specialties of law curriculum teaching mode in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the objectives in teaching mode reform of law curriculum in higher vocational colleges.Revolving around these objectives, this paper reveals the basic rules of teaching mode reform from perspectives of curriculum structure improvement, teaching methodologies reform and coordinated skills appraisal.
