【摘要】 所谓"中间群体"在形式上看似与马克思、恩格斯所说的"中间阶级"或"中间阶层"没有多少区别,然而,在本质上它却与马克思、恩格斯所说的"中间阶级"或"中间阶层"相去甚远,它完全是西方主流意识形态在我国的衍生物。事实表明,由于"中间群体"或"中间阶级"的许多先天不足,使它不论在什么社会条件下都既不是维护社会稳定的柱石,也不是推进社会进步与发展的中坚力量。在我国现实条件下,工人、农民、人民解放军及知识分子才是维护我国社会稳定、推进社会进步与发展的决定性力量。因而,我们没有必要刻意去培植一个庞大的"中间群体"、建设所谓"橄榄型"社会。联系到西方发达资本主义国家的历史与现实以及我国当前的具体实际,那种刻意要培植"中间群体"的做法,很难阻止其向下滑落的固有规律的作用与变动趋势。所以,在我国,要刻意去培植一个庞大的"中间群体"、建设所谓"橄榄型"社会的主张,很可能只是一个美好的梦想,很难如人所愿。更多还原

【Abstract】 The so-called "middle-class group"seems in form similar to the concept of "middle class"or "intermediate class"raised by Marx and Engels. Yet in nature"middle-class group"is a concept far away from"middle class"or"intermediate class"being raised by Marx and Engels,and it is in fact the ramification of western mainstream ideology that spreads in China. It is indicated by the fact that,due to the congenital deficiencies of"middle-class group",no matter in what social conditions "middle-class group"can not become the pillar to maintain the social stability,neither can they be the backbone force to promote the social progress and development. In the realistic condition of China,workers,peasants,the people’s liberation army,and intellectuals form the conclusive strength that can maintain the social stability and promote the social progress and development. Therefore,it is not necessary for us to cultivate a large "middle-class group"deliberately or construct the so-called "Oval"society.Associating the history and reality of western developed capitalist countries and the practical situation of China,it is hard to stop the sliding down of "middle-class group"cause this is its inherent rule and tendency if cultivating the"middle-class group"deliberately.
