改性海水海砂珊瑚混凝土力学性能试验研究
Experim entalstudy on the mechanical properties of modified sea watersea sand coralconcrete
【摘要】 以水泥品种、外掺料种类和掺量大小等为参数,对改性海水海砂珊瑚混凝土的力学性能进行了轴压试验研究。分析了各种因素影响下海水海砂珊瑚混凝土的受力变形性能与破坏特征。研究结果表明,改性海水海砂珊瑚混凝土的破坏模式与普通海水海砂珊瑚混凝土略有差异,受不同因素的影响而变化。采用低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥的海水海砂珊瑚混凝土强度较采用硅酸盐水泥的略有降低而延性有所增长。将粉煤灰与粒化高炉矿渣作为水泥替代材料会导致试件延性明显降低,泊松比增加,弹性模量不变。而掺入聚丙烯纤维后,海水海砂珊瑚混凝土受力与变形性能略有改善。综合对比,掺加不锈钢纤维对试件强度与延性改善最好,其破坏模式也由脆性破坏转变为延性破坏,且强度有所提高。而采用双掺纤维的方法,其性能改善略低于同条件下单掺钢纤维试件。试验结果为海水海砂珊瑚混凝土的实际应用提供了基础。
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of modified sea water sea sand coral concrete(SWSSCC)under axial compression was studied in this paper.The main parameters are type of cement,kind and amount of admixture,etc.The load-deformation properties and the failure pattern of SWSSCC were analyzed.The test results showed that the failure pattern of modified SWSSCC was somewhat different from that of ordinary SWSSCC.The compressive strength of SWSSCC which adopted low alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement was slightly higher than that of SWSSCC which adopted portland cement,while the development of ductility was different from that of strength.It could be found that the specimen with fly ash and granulated blast furnace slag as the cement substitute material had a lower ductility,and higher Poisson′s ratio and peak strain.The polypropylene fiber(PF)could improve the strength and deformability of SWSSCC obviously.The improvement of stainless steel fiber(SSF)on the properties of SWSSCC was higher than other methods.The test results also indicated that the failure pattern of specimen with SSF was ductile failure.The improvement of the mixed addition of PF and SSF on the properties of SWSSCC was slightly lower that of single addition of SSF.The obtained results are beneficial to the application of SWSSCC.
