长株潭城市群生态足迹测算及其动态变化分析
Ecological footprint calculation and dynamic change analysis of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration
【摘要】 通过选取长沙市、株洲市、湘潭市1996年、2001年、2006年、2011年、2016年统计年鉴与土地资源数据,并以5年为单位,利用生态足迹模型测算了1996—2016年间长株潭城市群人均生态足迹,研究其动态变化。结果显示:2016年长株潭地区的人均生态足迹为2.047 4 hm~2,人均生态容量为0.810 5 hm~2,人均生态赤字为1.236 9 hm~2;1996—2016年长株潭地区人均生态足迹年平均增长率为2.20%,人均生态赤字呈现先快后慢的增长趋势。基于此,以建设长株潭国家森林城市群为契机,提出提升生态绿心森林资源质量、保护生物多样性、发展低碳的森林生态旅游产业、引导科学消费等可持续发展的对策。
【Abstract】 By using the ecological footprint model and the data statistical yearbook and land resources of 1996, 2001, 2006, 2011 and 2016 of Changsha City, Zhuzhou City and Xiangtan City,this paper calculated per capita ecological footprint of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration from 1996 to 2016 and analyzed the dynamic change with five year as a unit.The result shows as follows:the per capita ecological footprint is 2.047 4 hm~2 in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration in 2016,per capitae cological capacity is 0.810 5 hm~2, per capita ecological deficit is 1.236 9 hm~2;the average annual growth rateof per capita ecological footprint in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area is 2.20% from 1996 to 2016,and per capita ecological deficit presents a tendency that it firstlyincreases sharply and then increases slowly.Based on this, taking the construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan National Forest Urban Agglomeration as an opportunity, this paper put forward some sustainable development countermeasures, such as improving the quality of ecological green-core forest resources, protecting biodiversity, developing low-carbon forest ecotourism industry and guiding scientific consumption.
