弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器流固耦合计算

【摘要】 为了了解弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器减振特性,基于流固耦合求解的计算方法,在运动学和动力学条件均得到满足的前提下,通过实例建立弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器的油膜和弹性环有限元耦合模型,应用有限元方法计算得到详细的弹性环变形和油膜压力特性等流固耦合结果,在此基础上探讨了弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器的减振机理以及与传统挤压油膜阻尼器在减振机理上的差异。结果表明:弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器内的油膜压力分布趋势与传统挤压油膜阻尼器趋势相当,但呈现与油腔间隔相关的阶梯状分布,弹性环的计算结果也较传统方法的更为复杂。

【Abstract】 In order to understand the damping characteristics of(Elastic Ring Squeeie Film Damper, ERSFD), based on the calculation method of fluid-structure interaction,the finite element interaction model of film and elastic ring of ERSFD was established by an example under the premise of satisfying the conditions of kinematic and dynamic. The detailed fluid-structure interaction results such as deformation of elastic ring and film pressure characteristics were obtained by finite element method. On this basis,the damping mechanism of ERSFD and the difference between ERSFD and traditional squeeze film damper in the damping mechanism were discussed. The results show that the distribution trend of film pressure in ERSFD is similar to that in traditional squeeze film damper,but it presents a ladder distribution related to oil cavity spacing. The calculation results of the elastic ring is also more complex than that of the traditional method.
