微型燃烧室蒸发管燃油雾化和蒸发特性数值研究

【摘要】 为了探究微型燃烧室内蒸发管各参数变化对燃油雾化和蒸发效果的影响,对微型燃烧室蒸发管内的燃油流动、雾化、蒸发过程进行了数值模拟,并分析了燃油喷射方向、蒸发管直径及来流空气温度对蒸发管内部燃油雾化特性的影响。结果表明:与其他喷射方向相比,逆向喷射时燃油雾化蒸发效果最佳;随着蒸发管直径的减小,燃油液滴的雾化效果及蒸发率有很大提高;来流空气温度越高,燃油蒸发率越高。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effect of different parameters of evaporative tubes on fuel atomization and evaporation effect,numerical simulation of flow, atomization and evaporation of fuel in evaporative tubes of micro combustor was carried out. The effects of fuel injection direction,evaporative tube diameter and airflow temperature were analyzed on fuel atomization characteristics in evaporative tubes.The results show that fuel atomization evaporation effect is the best at the contrain jection compared with other injection directions. With the decrease of the diameter of evaporative tubes, the atomization effect and evaporation rate of fuel droplets are greatly improved. The higher the temperature of incoming airflow is,the higher the fuel evaporation rate are.
