【摘要】 改进科学是一个新兴的基于实践的研究领域,旨在通过一套扎实可靠的理论原则和科学有效的方法技术,使基于科学研究的理论知识转化为解决实际问题的有效策略,以实现组织质量的持续提升。改进科学研究的基本模型由三个核心问题和一个戴明环构成,并通过九个具体步骤来完成。在改进科学研究的视角下,中国高等教育质量的提升应通过重视"以学生为中心"的研究,提出需要解决的具体问题,倡导数据驱动决策的文化,重视数据的及时分析与运用,强调系统思维来持续推进高等教育内涵式发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improvement Science is a new research field based on practice. Its main goal is to achieve sustainable quality improvement by transforming the theoretical knowledge into effective strategies to solve real problems. The basic model of improvement scientific research consists of three core issues and a PDSA, which is completed by nine specific steps. From the perspective of improvement science research, the quality improvement of higher education in China should always be student-centered, face specific problems in practice, establish a data-driven decision-making culture, pay attention to the timely analysis and application of data and emphasize systematic thinking so as to continuously promote the connotative development of higher education.更多还原
