新型电磁脉冲耦合参数自动测量系统设计

【摘要】 针对高空电磁脉冲试验中密闭腔体、被试系统内部等无预留信号传输通道环境下电磁脉冲耦合参数的测量需求,设计了一套电磁脉冲效应参数自动测量系统。该系统由硬件设备和自动采集软件构成,可搭配不同传感器,实现电场、电流和电压信号的测量。系统具备无人干预下多发次试验数据自动循环采集、数据存储、报表生成等功能,可解决测试人员与测量设备物理隔离的障碍而无法对测量系统操作的问题。测试表明,该系统-3 dB模拟带宽最高超过1 GHz,动态范围最高超过50 dB,可靠性和稳定性满足电磁脉冲耦合参数自动测量的需求。

【Abstract】 Based on the coupling parameters measurement requirement of the isolation environment that no transmission channel exist in high altitude electro-magnetic pulse(HEMP) test, such as the interior zone of shielding cavity and equipment under test, this paper introduces an automatic measurement system. This system consists of hardware equipment and automatic acquisition software, which can realize the measurement of pulse electric-field, pulse current, and pulse voltage with different sensors. And this system can realize test data auto cycle acquisition and auto save, the report auto generation, and so on, which solved the problem of the isolation between the measurement systems and testers thereby unable to operate the measurement systems. The testing results of this system show that the maximum-3 dB bandwidth exceed 1 GHz and the maximum dynamic range exceed 50 dB. The stability and reliability satisfied the requirement of automatic measurement of the coupling parameters.
