构架空间多支管节点试验研究与力学分析

【摘要】 文章通过试验和有限元方法对风帆式变电构架新型空间多支管节点的力学性能进行了研究。首先通过节点足尺模型静力加载试验,对加载过程中节点的应力分布及发展趋势进行了研究;然后,运用ABAQUS有限元软件对节点进行三维建模,根据节点试验的边界条件对节点进行数值模拟,并将节点的有限元计算结果和试验结果进行比较分析。结果表明,节点在1.5倍控制工况加载过程中满足工程设计的强度和刚度要求,且存在足够的安全储备。风帆式变电构架节点作为一种新型空间多支管节点,设计合理,力学性能优越,可作为新型变电站构架的设计参考。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the experiment and the finite element method are utilized to analyze the mechanical properties of the new-style multiplanar steel joint of sail shaped substation framework. Firstly, the static loading test of full-scale specimen of the multiplanar steel joint is implemented and the distribution and the trend of stress are studied. In addition, the three-dimensional model of steel joint is established by ABAQUS software, and the numerical simulation analysis is executed based on the boundary conditions of the experiment. Finally, the distinction between the experiment and the finite element analysis is compared. The results show that the new steel joint basically meets the strength and rigidity demands under the 1.5 times control load case, and it also has enough security reserve. As a new-style multiplanar steel joint of the sail shaped framework, it is reasonably designed and has fine mechanical properties, which can be provided as reference for the design of new-type substation framework.
