水稻苗期耐盐种质资源初步筛选

【摘要】 为了挖掘和筛选耐盐水稻种质资源,以课题组自育的114份高世代育种株系和引进的138份种质资源为供试材料,在三叶一心期用浓度为0.5%的NaCl溶液进行苗期耐盐性鉴定和评价。结果表明,不同耐盐参数指标中,苗期盐害症状等级与相对株高和平均死叶数呈极显著正相关,与相对根长相关性不显著;以盐害症状级别为指标,筛选出3级以上耐盐育种株系30份和种质资源26份。以苗期耐盐性较强的恢复系R60配制的三系杂交稻组合巨2优60在江苏盐碱地表现出了较强的全生育期耐盐性。这些耐盐材料为下一步开展水稻耐盐机制研究、耐盐品种选育和推广示范奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 In order to explore and screen salt-tolerant rice germplasm resources, 114 high-generation breeding lines developed by our research group and 138 introduced germplasm resources were used to test materials to identify and evaluate the salt tolerance of rice seedlings in the trifoliate stage with NaCl solution at concentration of 0.5%. The results showed that the symptom level of salt damage was extremely significant positively correlated with the relative plant height and the average number of dead leaves at seedling stage, but not with the relative root length. With the symptom level of salt damage as the index, 30 breeding lines and 26 germplasm resources with above grade 3 were selected. Ju 2 You 60, a three-line hybrid rice combination with restorer line R60 with strong salt tolerance at seedling stage, showed strong salt tolerance at whole growth stage in the saline-alkali land of Jiangsu province. These salt-tolerant materials lay a foundation for our further research on salt-tolerant mechanism, breeding and promotion of salt-tolerant rice varieties.
