一株牛源副乳房链球菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验

【摘要】 从河北省滦南县某奶牛养殖场奶牛临床型乳房炎乳汁中分离到1株细菌,对其进行常规形态学观察、生化鉴定、16S rDNA基因序列测定、动物致病性试验及药敏试验。结果显示,分离菌株的生化鉴定结果与副乳房链球菌相符;分离菌株的16S rDNA基因序列与副乳房链球菌的同源性为96.2%;在系统发育进化树上分离菌株与副乳房链球菌自然聚为一簇;分离菌株对小白鼠具有一定的致病性,将其命名为Spu QHD-1;分离菌株Spu QHD-1对替米考星、复方新诺明、卡那霉素等耐药;对环丙沙星、氟苯尼考、阿莫西林等敏感。

【Abstract】 A strain of bacteria was isolated from the milk of clinical mastitis in a dairy farm in Luannan County, Hebei Province. It was subjected to routine morphological observation, biochemical identification, 16 S rDNA gene sequencing, animal pathogenicity test and drug susceptibility test. The results showed that the biochemical identification results of the isolates were consistent with Streptococcus parauberis; the homology of the isolate with Streptococcus parauberis was 96.2% as determined by the 16 S rDNA gene sequence; the isolates and Streptococcus parauberis blustered a cluster on the phylogenetic tree; the isolated strains had certain pathogenicity to mice, and named Spu QHD-1; the isolated strain Spu QHD-1 was resistant to compound sulfamethoxazole, tilmicosin and kanamycin, etc. and sensitive to ciprofloxacin, florfenicol and amoxicillin, etc.
