金莲花的诱变生物学效应研究

【摘要】 利用快中子、返回式卫星搭载、重离子多种方式处理野生金莲花种子,研究其对金莲花生物性状及遗传物质的影响。结果表明:快中子在花部性状的作用更为显著,花形变异较多;而返回式卫星搭载的金莲花植株在叶型的变异较为明显;重离子辐照处理金莲花的分子标记结果显示,7Li250Gy(29.11%)多态性比率高于12C100Gy (21.95%)、7Li200Gy (21.87%)、12C150Gy (20.39%);聚类分析表明,7Li 250Gy辐照产生的突变株与对照的遗传距离相对较远,其次是7Li200Gy、12C100Gy,最后是12C150Gy。本研究为金莲花优势新品种的选育提供了材料和新种质资源,也为诱变育种的应用和分子生物学水平上的研究提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 The effects of fast neutron, returning satellite and heavy ion on the biological characters and genetic material of Trollies were studied. The results showed that the effect of fast neutrons on flower traits was more significant, and there were more flower shape variations. The variation of leaf shape in the returning satellites was more obvious. The molecular marker results of heavy ion irradiation treatment of Trollies showed that the polymorphism ratio of7Li250 Gy(29.11%)was higher than that of12C100 Gy(21.95%),7Li200 Gy(21.87%) and12C150 Gy(20.39%). Cluster analysis showed that the genetic distance between mutant strains irradiated by7Li 250 Gy and the control group was relatively far, followed by7Li200 Gy,12C100 Gy, and finally by12C150 Gy. This study provided materials and new germplasm resources for the selection and breeding of new varieties of Trollies, and also provided references for the application of mutagenesis breeding and the research on molecular biology level.
