光伏电站功率快速控制应用研究

【摘要】 分析了光伏发电与电网稳定的矛盾,研究光伏发电特性和逆变器功率快速调节潜力,提出光伏电站快速功率调节助力电网稳定的原则。针对现有光伏电站通讯结构,逆变器功率控制算法进行研究,提出一种实现光伏电站整体功率快速控制应用的方案。从电站通讯系统架构、逆变器功率快速控制算法、有功快速控制与最大功率跟踪之间矛盾的解决方法等几个方面对方案进行了详细介绍。通过实际光伏电站现场的单机试验和全站试验,验证了应用方案的可行性。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the contradiction between photovoltaic(PV)power generation and power grid stability,studies the characteristics of PV power generation and fast power regulation potential of inverter,and proposes the principle of rapid power regulation of PV power station helping stabilize the power grid. Then the paper aims at the communication structure of the existing PV stations and makes a study on the inverter power control algorithm,presenting a scheme for realizing the rapid control and application of the overall power of PV power station. Finally,the paper introduces the scheme in detail from the aspects concerning the solutions to the contradiction between power station communication system architecture,inverter power fast control algorithm,active power fast control and maximum power tracking. The paper also applies the single machine test and the whole station test in the actual PV power station field to verify the feasibility of the application scheme.
