【摘要】 目的探讨在手创伤缺损治疗上,游离超薄穿支皮瓣移植修复的临床价值。方法以我院2015年1月～2017年10月接收的手创伤缺损患者41例,对其应用游离超薄股前外侧穿支皮瓣移植修复,对治疗成效予以评价。结果 41例患者治疗后的SW和DASH评分均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者治疗后的红细胞流速(VRBC)、血液灌流量(PU)均显著高于治疗前,血液流态积分(BFPI)、白微栓(WMT)均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);41例游离超薄穿支皮瓣移植全部存活,3例(7.32%)无效,15例(36.59%)有效,23例(56.09%)显效,总有效率为92.68%。结论在手创伤缺损治疗上,游离超薄穿支皮瓣移植修复治疗效果突出,能够有效改善患者手部微循环状况、手部运动功能以及感觉功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore clinical values of free ultrathin perforating branch flap transplantation in repairing hand trauma defects. Methods 41 patients with hand trauma defects who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected as research objects.They were given free ultrathin anterolateral thigh perforating branch flap transplantation repair.Curative effects were evaluated. Results The SW and DASH scores of 41 patients after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The red cell velocity(VRBC) and hemoperfusion(PU) of the patients after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment while blood flow integral(BFPI) and white microembolus(WMT) were significantly lower than those before treatment.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).All the 41 cases of free ultrathin perforating branch flap transplantation survived.Three cases(7.32%) were ineffective,15 cases(36.59%)were effective and 23 cases(56.09%) were cases with marked effect.The total effective rate was 92.68%. Conclusion In treatment of hand trauma defects,free ultrathin perforating branch flap transplantation repair has significant curative effects.It can effectively improve the patients’ hand microcirculation,hand movement and sensory function.更多还原
