【摘要】 在当前我国大学生价值观念多元化、信息网络化、思潮影响复杂化、思想政治和道德教育亟待加强的新形势下针对辅导员队伍专业学科背景多元化、职业能力要求多维化的现实,辅导员的专业化发展既要完善外在体制机制保障,又要发挥辅导员自身主动性,结合自身专业背景和辅导员职业能力要求,找到专业生长点,确立专业发展方向和成长路径,在知识和实践双重层面提升辅导员队伍的专业化水平和职业能力。

【Abstract】 Today’s college students have diversified values, use networked information and are under complicated influence of different ideological trends. The new situation in China calls for strengthened ideological and political work on the part of college advisors, who have different academic backgrounds and are expected to possess multidimensional capacity. Professionalization of college advisors requires efforts to improve external systems and mechanisms. Advisors themselves also need to fully exert their initiative and determine the path of their professional development based on their growth point. They must strive to raise both their knowledge level and their practice level.
