【摘要】 目的探讨品管圈活动在缩短骨科术后患者禁食禁饮时间中的效果。方法选择在重庆医科大学附属第二医院骨科行手术治疗且麻醉方式为全麻及椎管内麻醉的患者432例为研究对象,其中2017年4月1日至4月25日刚开展品管圈活动前的228例患者为对照组,2017年7月24日至8月14日已开展品管圈活动的204例患者为试验组。比较两组患者术后禁食禁饮时间以及品管圈成员的成长情况。结果品管圈目标达成率为124.9%;开展品管圈活动后患者术后禁食禁饮时间显著缩短,由活动前的238.5 min缩短为61.1 min(P<0.05);全员6个方面的能力得到提高,平均成长值为3.4。结论开展品管圈活动有效缩短了骨科术后患者禁食禁饮时间,同时提高了全员解决问题和发现问题的能力,增强了团队合作意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle on reducing the fasting time of patients after orthopaedic surgery. Methods Four hundred and thirty-two patients who received general anesthesia and intraspinal anesthesia were selected. Two hundred and twenty-eight patients who admitted from 1 st to 25 th of April 2017 were enrolled into control group. And 204 patients who admitted from July 24 th to August 14 th 2017 were enroll into experimental group. The length of fasting and development of staff in the circle were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of quality control circle, the patient’s post-operative fasting and prohibition time was significantly reduced, which was shortened from 238.5 minutes to 61.1 minutes(P<0.05). The ability of six items had been improved, with an average growth value of 3.8. Conclusions The qulity control circle can reduce the fasting time of patients after orthopaedic surgery, and improved the ability of all staff to solve problems, which strengthen the team spirit.更多还原
