Q345钢种板坯表面纵裂纹控制措施

【摘要】 针对八钢公司120 t产线板坯4号连铸机的实际生产情况,分析了影响Q345钢种板坯表面纵裂的因素,发现纵裂与结晶器冷却强度、钢水成分、保护渣性能、拉坯速度及结晶器液面波动、钢水过热度、结晶器内钢水流场等诸多因素密切相关。通过采取相应的措施,可使连铸板坯纵裂指数有一定改善。

【Abstract】 The longitudinal surface cracks of continuous cast slab results from the thickness inhomogeneity of the initially solidified shell at the meniscus of mould.In connection with the actual conditions of Bayi Iron & Steel Co., the second steel plant No.4 slab caster,the factors affecting the fomlation of the Q345 longitudinal surface cracks in continuous cast steel slabs were investigated.It was found that the longitudinal surface cracks greatly relate to the cooling intensity of mould,the component of steel,fluxes, the slab speed and the overheat degree of 120 ten steel,etc.The tendency to foming the longitudinal surface cracks can be successfully decreased by applying the corresponding countemeasures.
