乌鲁木齐市氧化沟膨胀污泥的菌群结构分析
Analysis of Microbial Communities Structure of Bulking Sludge in an Oxidation Ditch in Urumqi
【摘要】 为了探讨寒冷地区膨胀污泥的菌群特征,采用高通量测序技术对乌鲁木齐市某氧化沟污水厂内的膨胀污泥进行菌群分析。结果表明,氧化沟对BOD5、COD、SS、TP、TN和NH+4-N的去除率分别达到93.8%、92.0%、96.1%、90.9%、64.9%和81.2%。变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)的相对丰度分别为28.34%~43.77%和17.92%~33.48%,是活性污泥的主要优势细菌门;微丝菌属(Microthrix)和黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)是引起该污水厂冬、春季污泥膨胀的主要细菌属。子囊菌门(Ascomycota)相对丰度达到59.78%~74.40%,是活性污泥的主要优势真菌门;真菌毛孢子菌属(Trichosporon)对该污水厂活性污泥的沉降性能产生不利影响。
【Abstract】 High-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the microbial communities of bulking sludge in an oxidation ditch in Urumqi, in order to explore microbial community characteristics of bulking sludge in cold areas. The results showed that the removal rates of BOD5, COD, SS, TP, TN and NH+4-N of the oxidation ditch were 93.8%, 92.0%, 96.1%, 90.9%, 64.9% and 81.2% respectively. The dominant bacteria at the phylum level in the activated sludge were Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes, and their relative abundance were 28.34%-43.77% and 17.92%-33.48% respectively. Microthrix and Flavobacterium were the major bacterial groups that caused sludge bulking in winter and spring. The dominant fungus at the phylum level was Ascomycota, and its relative abundance was between 59.78% and 74.40%. Trichosporon had a negative effect on the settling performance of the activated sludge in the wastewater treatment plant.
