【Abstract】 Engineering leadership is one of the most important capability which engineering talents should possess in the future. Concepts and elements of engineering leadership are put forward based on literature review and empirical research. Regarding the elements of engineering leadership as the main content of engineering leadership education, this paper formulates the training plan of engineering leadership, and elaborates on the plan in terms of courses and practice.更多还原
