【摘要】 首先明确工程质量保险基本内涵,然后分析法国与我国工程质量保险的发展历程,并从工程质量保险的运作模式、参与方、保险费率、投保范围及期限四个方面,将国内主要试点地域上海、北京、江苏、安徽、广东及浙江的实施现状分别进行对比。再依据中央和地方出台的相关文件,分析目前工程质量保险存在的主要问题。最后从保险参与方、运作模式、保险产品设计等方面提出了建议,以促进我国工程质量保险制度健康有序地发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Firstly,the basic connotation of engineering quality insurance was clarified,and then the development history of engineering quality insurance in France and China was analyzed. From the four aspects of engineering quality insurance operation mode,participants,insurance rates,insurance coverage and duration,the implementation status of the main pilot areas in China,such as Shanghai,Beijing,Jiangsu,Anhui,Guangdong and Zhejiang were compared. Based on the relevant documents issued by the central and local governments of China,the main problems of current engineering quality insurance were analyzed.Finally,suggestions were made from insurance participants,operation mode and insurance product design to promote the healthy and orderly development of China’s engineering quality insurance system.更多还原
