基于容器壁结构蠕变损伤有限元准确性预测研究
Accuracy Prediction of Creep Damage Based on Finite Element Method for Vessel Wall Structure
【摘要】 在ANSYS有限元程序中,通过修改用户定义的蠕变材料子程序,将具有损伤参数的本构模型引入到ANSYS有限元程序中,通过基于里茨法的梁与矩形板弯曲问题解的比较,验证了该方法的正确性.各种数值试验表明,对于容器壁结构的蠕变分析,通过长期观测网格尺寸和对单元类型的敏感性分析,可准确预测容器壁结构蠕变损伤状况.
【Abstract】 In the ANSYS finite element program, the constitutive model with damage parameters is introduced into the ANSYS finite element program by modifying the user-defined creep material subroutine, and the beam and rectangular plate bending problem is solved based on the Ritz method. The comparison verifies the correctness of the method. Various numerical tests have shown that for the creep analysis of the container wall structure, the creep damage condition of the container wall structure can be accurately predicted by long-term observation of the grid size and sensitivity analysis of the unit type.
