【摘要】 为贵州马铃薯产业发展提供品种支撑,对从贵州省内外引进的8个马铃薯品种(系)在贵阳的适种田间性状、薯块性状、产量和品质进行比较分析。结果表明:参试品种(系)生育期为74～92d,均在当地无霜期之内,能够正常收获;09306-82、黔芋8号、中薯5号、龙薯6号、闽薯1号和09001-136的产量均显著高于对照(费乌瑞它),增幅为13.67%～68.60%;09306-82的产量和维生素C含量均最高,分别为2 238.06kg/667m2和21.2 mg/100g;09001-136的氨基酸总量及干物质、钙和锌含量均最高,分别为18.4g/kg、19.4%、140.0mg/kg和4.00mg/kg;龙薯6号的蛋白质含量最高,为2.40%。据贵州消费习惯,初步筛选出适宜于贵阳种植的鲜食型马铃薯品种(系)4个(09306-82、黔芋8号、中薯5号和闽薯1号),高蛋白品种(系)1个(龙薯6号),高微量元素品种(系)1个(09001-136)。09001-136可作为特色品种(系)在贵州进行推广种植。更多还原

【Abstract】 To provide variety support for the development of potato industry in Guizhou Province,the suitable field characters,potato tuber characters,yield and quality of eight potato varieties(lines)introduced from inside and outside Guizhou Province were comparatively analyzed.Results:The growth period of the tested varieties(lines)was 74-92 d,all of which were within the local frost-free period,and the yields of 09306-82,Qianyu 8,Zhongshu 5,Longshu 6, Minshu 1,and 09001-136 were significantly higher than those of the control(Favorita)by 13.67%-68.60%;And the yield and vitamin C content of 09306-82 were the highest,which were 2 238.06 kg/667 m2 and 21.2 mg/100 g,respectively;The contents of total amino acids,dry matter,calcium and zinc of 09001-136 were the greatest,respectively 18.4 g/kg,19.4%,140.0 mg/kg,and 4.00 mg/kg;Longshu 6 was of the greatest protein content(2.40%).According to Guizhou consumption habits,four fresh potato varieties(lines)suitable for planting in Guiyang were selected,respectively 09306-82,Qianyu 8,Zhongshu 5,and Minshu 1.Meanwhile one high-protein variety(line)(Longshu 6)and one high-trace element variety(line)(09001-136)were screened out.09001-136 can be used as a characteristic variety(line)to popularize in Guizhou.更多还原
