叶面喷施壳寡糖对樱桃番茄产质量及晚疫病防控效果的影响

【摘要】 为壳寡糖在海南樱桃番茄生产上的应用提供科学依据,以樱桃番茄为试验对象,研究叶面喷施150mg/L、300mg/L、450mg/L和600mg/L壳寡糖对樱桃番茄生长、产质量及晚疫病防控效果等的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,叶面喷施不同浓度壳寡糖处理樱桃番茄的株高、叶绿素含量、产量、Vc含量、可溶性糖含量及晚疫病的防控效果均显著提高,可滴定酸含量显著降低;叶面喷施450mg/L壳寡糖,樱桃番茄的产量、糖酸比和晚疫病的防控效果均最高,分别为3 091.33kg/667m~2、27.64和75.13%。叶面喷施壳寡糖可提高樱桃番茄的产质量和晚疫病的防控效果,建议生产上的施用浓度为450mg/L。

【Abstract】 To provide a scientific basis for the application of chitosan oligosaccharides in the production of Hainan cherry tomatoes,taking cherry tomato as the test object,the effects of foliar application of150 mg/L,300 mg/L,450 mg/L and 600 mg/L chitosan oligosaccharides on the growth,yield and late blight of cherry tomato were studied.Results:Compared with the control,the plant height,chlorophyll content,yield,Vc content,soluble sugar content and the control effect of late blight of cherry tomato treated with different concentrations of chitosan oligosaccharides were significantly improved,and the titratable acid content was significantly reduced;Foliar application of 450 mg/L chitosan oligosaccharides was of the greatest cherry tomato yield,sugar-acid ratio and late blight control effects,which were respectively 3 091.33 kg/667 m~2,27.64 and 75.13%.Foliar application of chitosan oligosaccharides can improve the yield and quality of cherry tomatoes and the control effect of late blight.It is recommended to apply with the concentration of 450 mg/L chitosan oligosacharides in production.
