秀珍菇高温品种筛选及栽培配方优化

【摘要】 为秀珍菇夏季规模化生产提供依据,采用单因素试验与双因素试验相结合的方法筛选秀珍菇高温品种并优化其栽培配方。结果表明:25℃条件下在PDA培养基上菌丝生长速率以菌株秀58的最快,为1.35cm/d;川8号和秀26其次,分别为1.26cm/d和1.24cm/d。在35℃条件下菌株秀58、川8号、秀珍菇168和秀26均能正常出菇,属高温品种;菌株秀58的原基形成时间短,为26d,生物学转化率最高,为93.3%。使用莲子壳60%+棉籽壳23%或莲子壳60%+木屑23%作栽培主料,秀58的产量和生物学转化率均较高,分别为1.31kg/袋和1.23kg/袋及109.2%和102.8%。菌株秀58和秀26适宜湖南夏季高温栽培;以莲子壳替代棉籽壳作栽培主料能提高秀珍菇的产量,降低原料成本。

【Abstract】 The Pleurotus Geesteranus strains with tolerance to high temperature and optimum cultivation formula were screened by single-factor and double-factor tests to provide the scientific basis for large-scale production of P.Geesteranus in summer.Result:The mycelium growth rate of Xiu 58 strain,Chuan 8 strain and Xiu 26 strain cultured on PDA medium at 25℃is 1.35 cm/d,1.26 cm/d and 1.24 cm/d respectively.Xiu 58,Chuan 8,Xiuzhengu 168 and Xiu 26 strains can produce mushroom normally at 35℃,which indicates that four strains belong to P.Geesteranus strains with tolerance to high temperature.The primordium formation days and biological conservation rate of Xiu 58 strain are 26 d(the least)and 93.3%(the highest).The mushroom yield and biological conservation rate of Xiu 58 strain cultured on the media with 60%lotus seed hull+23%cotton seed hull and 60%lotus seed hull+23%saw dust are 1.31 kg/bag and 109.2%,and 1.23 kg/bag and 102.8% respectively.Xiu 58 and Xiu 26 strains can be suitably cultivated in summer in Hunan.Using lotus seed hull(instead of cotton seed hull)as the main cultivation material can increase P.Geesteranus yield and reduce material cost in large-scale production of P.Geesteranus.
