【Abstract】 The quality improvement of academic journals depends on multiple factors, of which the international and domestic academic environment is a macroscopic one and the great attention and policy support of the sponsors are the medium one, while the quality and ability of responsible editors are microscopic ones. The responsibility of editors of academic journals is reflected in the responsibility for the publication, the responsibility for the authors, the responsibility for the readers(users), the responsibility for the reviewers and the society as well. Academic journal editors can improve their own literacy and implement their responsibilities by improving their communication skills, developing professional sensitivity, writing editorial logs and improving their self-efficiency so as to edit and process more and higher-quality academic works.更多还原
