中苏两党关于时代问题之争与新时期中国外交政策的形成

【摘要】 中苏论战期间,两党围绕着时代的主要矛盾和主要力量、战争是否可以避免、社会主义国家和无产阶级政党的中心任务是防止战争还是实现世界革命等问题展开了争论。争论为改革开放后中国共产党制定独立自主的外交政策提供了思想资源。

【Abstract】 During the Sino-Soviet debates, they revolved around the main contradictions and major forces of the times, whether the war can be avoided, and whether the central task of the socialist countries and the proletarian political parties is to prevent war or realize the world revolution. The debate provided ideological resources for the Chinese Communist Party to formulate the independent foreign policies after the reform and opening up.
