【摘要】 目的对经前期应对措施量表(The premenstrual coping measure,PMCM)进行汉化,并在中国女大学生中进行信效度检验。方法根据跨文化调试指南将源量表进行翻译、合成、回译、文化调试。采取方便抽样的方法,选取400名女大学生使用经前期综合征量表(Premenstrual syndrome scale,PMSS)进行经前期综合征筛查,其中250名女大学生同时完成中文版PMCM量表评估并进行信效度分析。结果中文版PMCM量表共有31个条目,其Cronbach′sα系数为0.787～0.919,Guttman分半信度为0.786～0.956;结构效度较好,因子分析共提取7个因子,累计贡献率为64.346%;量表表面效度和内容效度较好,总内容效度指数为0.916。结论中文版PMCM量表具有良好的信效度,适用于中国女大学生经前期应对措施的评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To translate the premenstrual coping measure(PMCM) into Chinese version, and test the reliability and validity of PMCM-C in female college students. Methods The original PMCM was translated into Chinese and Synthesis and back translated and modified for cultural adaptation according to guidelines. Used a convenient sampling method, 400 female college students were selected to use PMCM for premenstrual syndrome screening(PMSS). Among them, 250 female college students completed the PMCM-C assessment and performed reliability and validity analysis. Results The PMCM-C contained 31 items, the Cronbach’s α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.787～0.919, the Guttman split-half reliability was 0.786～0.956;Seven factors that explained 64.346% of the variance were extracted after exploratory factor analysis;The surface validity and content validity of the scale were good, and the total content validity index was 0.916. Conclusion The PMCM-C has good reliability and validity and was suitabled for the evaluation of Chinese female college students’ premenstrual coping measure.更多还原
