【摘要】 目的探讨100例BI-RADS4级患者与中医证型的相关性分析。方法根据BI-RADS4级纳入标准,选取10例患者,共计140个肿块,将其按照中医标准进行分型,分析各证型之间的相关性分析。结果肝郁痰凝型24个病灶,冲任失调型48个病灶,正虚毒炽型68个病灶,随着证型的逐步加重,患者的BI-RADS4级也趋向增加,而且两者呈现很好地相关性。结论 BI-RADS4级与中医"乳岩"证型之间呈现较好的相关性,提示我们对于早期的乳腺肿块,应该加强认识,应尽早行乳腺彩超检查,以减少乳腺癌患者的死亡率,提高乳腺癌患者生存质量。更多还原
