【摘要】 目的探讨超早期静脉溶栓联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月114例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组57例。两组患者入院后均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上采用超早期静脉溶栓治疗,观察组在上述基础上联合依达拉奉治疗。治疗2个疗程后,对比两组患者临床疗效、神经功能(NIHSS评分)及日常生活能力(ADL评分)。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组;两组ADL评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超早期静脉溶栓联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者治疗效果显著,可明显改善神经功能,提高患者日常生活能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of ultra-early intravenous thrombolysis combined with edaravone on patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and fourteen patients with acute cerebral infarction from April 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 57 cases in each group. The two groups were given routine treatment after admission. The control group was treated with ultra-early intravenous thrombolysis on the basis of routine treatment. The observation group was treated with edaravone on the basis of the above. After two courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy, neurological function(NIHSS score) and daily living ability(ADL score) were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups decreased, and the NIHSS score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, the ADL scores of the two groups increased, and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Ultra-early intravenous thrombolysis combined with edaravone is effective on acute cerebral infarction, which can significantly improve nerve function and daily living ability of patients.更多还原
