【摘要】 目的探讨3D腹腔镜成像系统在局限性肾癌切除术中的应用效果及安全性。方法选取2015年4月至2016年6月术前经3.0 MRI平扫+动态增强诊断为单发早期肾癌患者45例,术前分期为T1N0M0。采用3D腹腔镜成像系统行局限性肾癌切除术,记录手术时间,出血量,恢复时间及并发症发生情况。并随访所有患者3年生存率及复发情况。结果所有患者手术成功,成功率为100%。手术时间(123.5±15.8)min,术中出血量(154.7±25.6)ml,术后排气时间(2.8±0.7)d,术后离床时间(3.5±1.2)d,总住院时间(8.4±2.1)d。对所有患者随访3年,1例局部复发,1例出现肺转移,复发或远处转移率为4.4%,3年生存率为100%。结论 3D腹腔镜成像系统可以在局限性肾癌切除术中广泛开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect and safety of 3 D high-definition laparoscopic imaging system in the resection of localized renal carcinoma.Methods From April 2015 to June 2016, 45 patients in our hospital were diagnosed as single early-stage renal cancer with preoperative stage of T1 N0 M0 by 3.0 MRI plain scan+dynamic enhancement.Limited nephrectomy was performed with 3 D laparoscopic imaging system.The operation time, bleeding volume, recovery time and complications were recorded.All patients were followed up for 3-year survival rate and recurrence.Results All patients were operated successfully with a 100% success rate. The operative time was(123.5±15.8) min, intraoperative blood loss was(154.7±25.6)ml, postoperative exhaust time was(2.8±0.7)days, postoperative time out of bed was(3.5±1.2)d,total hospitalization time was(8.4±2.1)d.All patients were followed up for 3 years, 1 patient had local recurrence, 1 patient had pulmonary metastasis, recurrence or distant metastasis rate was4.4%, and 3-year survival rate was 100%.
