基于超效率DEA-ESDA的中国西部物流效率空间格局及差异性研究
Research on the Spatial Pattern and Difference of Logistics Efficiency in Western China Based on Super Efficiency DEA-ESDA
【摘要】 构建物流投入产出指标体系,利用超效率数据包络分析法,对我国西部12个省份2006—2017年间的物流效率进行测评及空间结构分析;在此基础上,利用探索性空间数据分析法,基于改进的物流空间权重矩阵,对西部地区物流效率的空间差异进行探索。结果表明:(1)西部地区物流效率整体呈现波动上升,除贵州、甘肃、内蒙古和宁夏4个省份有较大的波动外,其余各地较为平稳。(2)物流效率存在空间层次异质性且呈现从西南向西北递减的态势,两大地理分区间存在物流效率的"马太效应",基本形成了物流效率高水平的西南地区趋同和低水平的西北地区趋同,且西南地区具有较强的"空间锁定效应"。(3)西部地区物流效率整体上存在弱正相关性,集聚效果不明显,局域异质性逐渐增强,且不断向西南地区转移,呈现"中心-外围"分布,西南地区物流效率集聚效果强于西北地区。
【Abstract】 Constructing the logistics input-output index system, using the super efficient data envelopment analysis to measure the logistics efficiency and spatial pattern evolution of 12 provinces in western China from 2006 to 2017,based on this, using the exploratory spatial data analysis method, based on the improved logistics space weight matrix, the spatial differences of logistics efficiency in the western region was studied. The research shows that:(1) The overall logistics efficiency in the western region shows a trend of rising volatility, Guizhou,Gansu, Inner Mongolia and Ningxia have greater time fluctuation points, the other provinces change more smoothly;(2) Logistics efficiency has spatial local heterogeneity, and the trend of development is decreasing from southwest to northwest, there are "Matthew Effect" of logistics efficiency between the two geographical divisions, the convergence of the southwestern region with high level of logistics efficiency and the convergence of low-level northwest regions have basically formed, and the southwest region has a strong "space locking effect";(3) There is a weak positive correlation between logistics efficiency in the western region, the agglomeration effect is not obvious, but the local heterogeneity is gradually increasing, and it is continuously transferred to the southwest region, presenting a "central-peripheral" distribution,the logistics efficiency agglomeration effect in the southwest region is stronger than that in the northwest region.
