基于改进HPPC锂离子电池内阻测试方法研究

【摘要】 电池充放电内阻是动态变化的,难以快速准确测量,为此提出多倍率混合脉冲功率特性(Multi-rate HPPC)内阻测试方法。该方法在混合脉冲功率特性法(HPPC)的基础上,用多倍率充放电测试脉冲代替单倍率充放电测试脉冲,使得在单个内阻测试循环中,可以测量不同SOC下多个倍率充放电内阻,从而提高内阻测试效率。实验结果表明,Multi-rate HPPC法能够有效测量充放电内阻,与HPPC法相比,提高了低SOC充放电内阻测试精度,减少内阻测试循环,节省内阻测试时间。

【Abstract】 The charge and discharge internal resistance of the battery is dynamic, making it difficult to measure quickly and accurately. For this reason, a Multiple rate Hybrid Pulse Power Characterization(Multi-rate HPPC) was proposed. This method was based on the Hybrid Pulse Power Characterization(HPPC), the multi-rate chargedischarge test pulse was used to replace the single-rate charge-discharge test pulse, so that in an internal resistance test cycle, multiple ratios of charge and discharge internal resistance at different SOC could be measured,thereby the efficiency of internal resistance testing was improved. The experimental results show that the Multi-rate HPPC method can effectively measure the internal resistance of charge and discharge. Compared with the HPPC method, the accuracy of low SOC charge and discharge internal resistance test is improved, the test cycle is reduced and the time cost is saved.
