18650型锂离子电池循环性能一致性研究

【摘要】 特斯拉汽车动力电池组多由18650型锂离子电池组成。在常温常压无热控条件下,用8只松下18650型锂离子电池开展循环试验,对容量、能量和充放电时间随循环次数变化规律进行分析总结,以期找出影响电池一致性因素建立量化模型。试验进行中,在250~300次循环间,8节电池性能出现了差异;500次循环后性能差别更明显,其中6节电池已经无法正常循环。将试验结果与使用特斯拉电池管理系统的同型电池测试数据比较,发现管理系统能使电池寿命极大提升。

【Abstract】 18650 li-ion batteries were applied in Tesla electric vehicles battery pack. Under the condition of no thermalcontrol at room temperature and pressure, 8 panasonic 18650 lithium ion batteries were used to carry out the cycletest, and the change rules of capacity, energy and charging and discharging time with the cycle times were analyzedand summarized, so as to find out the factors affecting the battery consistency and establish a quantitative model.During the test, 8 batteries performed differences during 250-300 cycles, and after 500 cycles the differencesbecame more obvious, and six batteries could not circulate properly. Comparing the test results with the test data ofthe same type of battery using tesla battery management system, it is found that the battery life can be greatlyimproved by the management system.
