钢-聚氨酯夹层桥面横隔板切口应力分析
STRESS ANALYSIS OF ARC-SHAPE CUTOUTS IN DIAGRAM OF STEEL BOX GIRDER WITH A STEEL-POLYURETHANE-SANDWICH BRIDGE DECK
【摘要】 钢箱梁弧形切口疲劳开裂是最常见的疲劳病害问题之一,该处容易造成应力集中。为解决这一问题,本文提出使用新型钢-聚氨酯夹层桥面板(简称"SPS桥面板"),通过分别建立使用钢桥面板和夹层桥面板的钢箱梁节段模型,比较两者在整体结构的应力、弧形切口周边应力,结果表明夹层桥面板的使用显著降低了弧形切口应力,有利于缓解疲劳开裂风险。
【Abstract】 The fatigue cracking of arc-shape cutouts in a steel box girder is one of the most common fatigue diseases, which is easy to cause stress concentration. In order to solve this problem, a new type of Steel-polyurethaneSandwich bridge deck(SPS bridge deck)is proposed. The stress of structure and arc-shape cutouts is compared by establishing section models of steel box girder using steel bridge deck and SPS bridge deck separately. The results shows that the use of sandwich bridge deck significantly reduces the stress of the arc-shape cutouts, which is help to reduce the risk of fatigue cracking.
