基于MMC的中压变频驱动系统宽转速控制策略

【摘要】 基于模块化多电平变换器(MMC)的中压变频驱动系统前端采用MMC直接连接到电网,后端则通过MMC驱动电机,中间无变压器配置。新型宽转速控制器包含了网侧MMC和机侧MMC的控制功能,其通过将占空比设计为按转速规律变化,实现了对子模块(SM)电容电压波动的抑制。利用基于MMC的中压变频驱动系统试验平台对宽转速控制策略进行了测试。研究结果表明,新型控制方案能在电机宽转速范围内实施有效控制,并抑制MMC SM电容电压波动。

【Abstract】 The front end of the modular multilevel converter(MMC)-based medium voltage variable frequency driving system is directly connected to the grid by MMC and motor is directly driven by the MMC of the rear end and there is no transformer configuration in the system.The new wide-speed controller includes a grid side MMC control function and a motor side MMC control function.By designing the duty ratio to be changed according to the rotational speed,the suppression of the capacitor voltage fluctuation of the submodule(SM)is realized.The wide speed control strategy is tested using the MMC-based medium voltage variable frequency driving system test platform.The research results show that the new control scheme can implement effective control in the wide speed range of the motor and suppress the capacitor voltage fluctuation of the MMC SM.
