基于无源钳位方式的三相单级全桥功率因数校正变换器电压尖峰抑制策略

【摘要】 针对三相单级全桥功率因数校正(PFC)变换器的电压尖峰问题,提出一种基于无源钳位方式的抑制策略。与已有的基于无源缓冲方式的电压尖峰抑制策略相比,采用所提方法的PFC变换器电压尖峰抑制效果更好,并且各开关管附加电流应力更小。详细分析采用所提无源钳位方式PFC变换器的工作原理,以及钳位电路中集成变压器的作用机理。在此基础上,对所提钳位电路的关键参数进行分析,归纳该钳位电路的设计原则。最后,在已搭建的三相单级全桥PFC变换器实验平台上进行实验研究,实验结果验证了所提方法的可行性以及理论分析的正确性。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the voltage spike problem of the three-phase single-stage full-bridge power factor correction(PFC) converter, a suppression strategy based on passive clamp circuit was proposed.Compared with the existing voltage spike suppression strategies based on passive snubbers, the PFC converter with the proposed method has better voltage spike suppression, and the additional current stress of each switch is smaller. The operational principle of the PFC converter with the proposed passive clamp circuit as well as the mechanism of its integrated-transformer was analyzed in detail. On this basis, the key parameters of the proposed clamp circuit were analyzed, and design principle of the clamp circuit was summarized. Finally, the experiments on the existing experimental prototype of three-phase single-stage full-bridge PFC converter demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed scheme and the validity of the theoretical analysis.
