航空锂离子电池剩余容量及RUL预测建模
Available capacity and RUL prediction model for aviation Li-ion battery
【摘要】 综合考虑环境温度、电流倍率、循环次数和贮存时间等因素的影响,根据实测数据的分析结果,对机载锂离子电池剩余容量的预测进行建模;用基于数据驱动的方法实现对剩余使用寿命(RUL)的预测建模。构建的实验验证平台测试表明,剩余容量预测精度误差不大于3. 74%,RUL预测误差不大于3%,所建立模型的准确性得到验证。
【Abstract】 By comprehensively taking the influence of environment temperature,current ratio,number of cycles and storage time into consideration,the prediction of available capacity modeling was realized based on the analysis results of experimental data. A datadriven approach was used to predict remaining useful life (RUL). The accuracy error of available capacity prediction was not greater than 3. 74% while that of RUL prediction was not greater than 3%,the accuracy of the established model was verified.
