基于ANSYS的鼓风机电动机永磁轴承-转子系统动力学分析

【摘要】 为探讨某功率250 kW、工作转速16 050 r/min的永磁悬浮鼓风机电动机的安全性,基于转子动力学理论建立鼓风机电动机用永磁轴承-转子系统运动微分方程,同时介绍了轴承-转子系统刚度计算需要考虑的各滚动轴承的综合刚度及永磁轴承刚度的计算方法。并基于ANSYS中的Block Lanczos法对转子系统的固有频率及振型进行分析,结果表明:系统正常工作转速小于0. 7倍的1阶临界转速,满足要求。试验验证表明,该永磁悬浮鼓风机可正常运行。

【Abstract】 In order to discuss security of a permanent magnetic suspension blower motor with power of 250 k W and operating speed of 16 050 r/min,the differential equations of motion for permanent magnetic bearing-rotor system of blower motor are established based on rotor dynamics theory. The composite stiffness is considered in support stiffness calculation of rolling bearings,and the calculation method is introduced for stiffness of permanent magnetic bearings. The natural frequency and vibration mode of rotor system are analyzed based on Block Lanczos method in ANSYS. The results show that the normal operating speeds of system is less than first order critical speed multiplied by 0. 7,meeting the requirements. The experimental verification shows that the permanent magnetic suspension blower remains operational.
