0~+龄野生铜鱼表型性状与体质量的相关性及通径分析

【摘要】 对长江铜陵段捕获的0+龄铜鱼(Coreius heterodon(Bleeker))的体长(X1)、头长(X2)、吻长(X3)、体宽(X4)、眼间距(X5)、尾柄长(X6)、尾柄高(X7)、背鳍基底长(X8)、臀鳍基底长(X9)、体高(X10)等10个外部表型性状进行相关分析、回归分析及通径分析,以研究长江铜鱼各外部表型性状与体质量(Y)的关系,为铜鱼的人工育种提供选择策略。结果显示, 10个表型性状与体质量之间的相关系数均达极显著水平,其中,尾柄高、体长的相关系数最大(0.917,0.917);在通径分析中,眼间距对0+龄铜鱼体质量的直接作用最大(0.390),体长直接作用最小(0.294);而决定系数随着多个性状的引入不断增大;尾柄高、眼间距、体长这3个性状对体质量的影响最显著,这3项指标对体质量的最优回归方程为Y=-75.808+22.072X7+33.333X5+2.559X1(R2=0.945),方程的方差分析结果显著,说明所建立的回归方程具有实际应用价值。

【Abstract】 Total 10 phenotypic traits of 0+ Coreius heterodoncaptured in the Tongling Section of Yangtze River are measured(include the body length(X1),head length(X2),snout length(X3),body width(X4),interorbital width(X5),length of caudal peduncle(X6),depth of caudal peduncle(X7),length of dorsal fin base(X8),length of anal fin base(X9),and body height(X10)).The correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis and path analysis are performed to determine the correlation between various phenotypic traits and body weight of Coreius heterodon and provide a selection strategy for artificial breeding of copper fish.The results show that the correlation coefficient between the 10 phenotypic traits and body weight(Y)is extremely significant,and the correlation coefficient of X1 and X7 is the largest(0.910,0.910);the result of the path coefficient analysis shows that the direct effect of X5 on Yof copper fish is the largest(0.390),and X1 has the least direct impact(0.294);the determination coefficient increases continuously with the introduction of multiple traits;while X7,X5 and X1 have the most significant effects on Y.The optimal linear regression equation for 0+ copper fish is Y=-75.808+22.072 X7+33.333 X5+2.559 X1,R2=0.945;the variance analysis of the equation is significant,indicating that the established regression equation has practical application value.It provides certain guidance for the future genetic breeding of copper fish(Coreius heterodon(Bleeker)).
