旋转圆筒受均布压力的应力解分析
Stress Analysis of Rotating Cylinder under Uniform Pressure
【摘要】 基于回转体轴对称问题的三维弹性力学应力分析理论,利用通解与特解叠加原理,结合圆筒模型的边界条件,推导了筒壁受内外均布压力作用下匀转速圆筒三维模型的空间三维应力解析式,与其平面二维应力分量具有一定的一致性,并推导了二者存在的误差。结果表明,在材料一定时,应力分量的最大误差随着角速度的增加而呈平方增加,该结果为验证在旋转过程中平面二维应力分量的有效性提供了理论依据。算例再次验证了这一结果,并给出了旋转圆筒壁厚设计优化的方法。
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of three-dimensional elastic stress analysis of the ax-symmetric problem of revolving body,the stress analytical formula of the three-dimensional model of a cylinder with uniform rotating speed under the action of internal and external uniform pressure was derived by using the method of the superposition of the general solution and special solution and the boundary conditions of the cylinder model.Compared with the plane stress component,it was found that the results are consistent,and the errors between them were deduced.The results show that the maximum error of the stress component increases with the increase of angular velocity when the material is fixed,which provides a theoretical basis for the validation of the effectiveness of the two-dimensional stress component in the process of rotation.An example is given to verify this conclusion,and an optimization method for the design of the wall thickness of a rotating cylinder is given.
